If an item is in stock, the following delivery times apply:
- Australia: 3 – 7 Business days. All orders above $35 come with tracking number & need signature on delivery. Relatively small size items will be sent via normal Australia Post and does not need tracking.
- New Zealand: 4 - 8 business days for delivery.
- Rest of the World is generally around 7 - 21 business days for delivery.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We ship to any country world-wide. Please contact us for your country shipping rates as each product varies in size and weight.
Import duties, taxes, and charges aren't included in the item price or postage cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
Please note: You are responsible for ensuring you have entered the correct shipping address. If you enter an incorrect shipping address at checkout and the products are returned to us, a re-delivery fee applies.
If your order is not deliverable to you by the courier due to an incorrect shipping address or non-collection, or is not claimed by you from your local post office or courier dispatch centre, and is subsequently returned to us, a re-delivery fee will apply.

EXPRESS POST SERVICE
We provide Australia Post Express Service. Please choose the Express Post service upon checkout.
The Express Post network offered by Australia Post covers 80% of Australian business addresses, private addresses and post office boxes. Before choosing Express Post, please go to Australia Post website and check if your address is within Express Post network.
Note: Any Express post payment made to AutoLines which does not fall within the Express Post network is not refundable by AutoLines. It is purchaser’s responsibility to make sure to check the Express Post network before making the payment.
We check all products before they are dispatched to our customers to ensure they are in perfect condition but we understand that sometimes your new purchase needs to be returned for whatever reason so we want to make that as easy as possible.
We offer free returns with the option of a refund, exchange or store credit as long as the item(s) has been returned:
- Within 14 days of purchase, Unused; and
- In the original packaging and in the original condition.
Change-of-mind
Autolines offers 14 day Change-of-mind shopping experience. If you change your mind within 14 days of purchase and product matches the description provide on our website, and is free from manufacturing defects or faults, products must return to us in original conditions for a full refund. Buyers need to pay for the return cost.
Autolinesdoes not accept change-of-mind refund for products which has been used under unsalable conditions with free from manufacturing defects or faults.
Exchange for a higher/lower value of products
If you changed your mind or you purchased a wrong item, and wish to exchange the product to a higher or lower value of goods. You can send back the products in original conditions and package, depending on the complexity of the case, we may require you to cancel the original orders or pay (or being paid back) for the difference in order to complete the exchange. Please note you will need to pay for the return postage fees.
Defects, faults or wrong item
Where products were defected or you have received the wrong products, and products were required to be sent back, Autolineswill pay for the returned postage. Please contact us if you would like to make a claim. Please see our warranty section for more information.
Please note a valid trackable tracking number is required for all eligible return item
Returns from Australia
Returns are easy – just complete the Contact Us form or email your name, number and order ID o returns@autolines.com.au. We will then email you simple instructions and proceed with the return accordingly.
Refund Process Time
We will process your refund within 3 - 7 business days of receiving your return.
Please keep in mind that it may take a little longer before you see the funds in your account as your financial institution may take a few days to process it.
Q: How do I return or exchange an item and does it cost me anything?
A: Return shipping is free if you are in Australia and at your own cost outside of Australia. You can choose to get a refund, exchange or credit voucher. If you are in Australia, contact us at returns@autoline.com.au with your order ID or on 1300 85 88 75 and we will send you a returns label to stick on the box. Then you just drop it into any post office and that’s it! For international customers, please email us at returns@autoline.com.au with your order ID and we will provide an address to return your item to in Australia.
To return an item, it must be:
- Returned within 100 days of purchase;
- Unused with the original tags still attached; and
- In the original packaging and in the original condition.
Q: What if I don’t want my item for whatever reason once I receive it?
A: As long as you stick to the 3 points in the previous answer, you can return your frames and get a refund, exchange or credit voucher. For full details refer to our Returns Policy
Q: What if the item is faulty?
A: We check every pair before they are sent out so this shouldn’t happen but if it does then contact us on 1300 85 88 75 and we can arrange a repair or replacement for you.
Q. Have you received my return?
A: We will contact you once we have received it. We should get it within 2-4 business days of you sending it, longer for international customers.
Q. When will I receive my receive my refund or store credit?
A: Once your item has been received and it satisfies our returns policy, we will process your return within 3 business days. We will send you an email to notify you that your refund or store credit has been processed. Please keep in mind that your financial institution can take an extra 3 - 5 business days to clear the funds back into your account.
1 YEAR WARRANTY AUSTRALIA-WIDE.
Unless otherwise stated, products listed and sold by Autolinescome with 1 year warranty. This warranty is applied only to product listed and sold Autolines where 1 year warranty against defects is given in the product listing on this website.
Warranty given by Autolinescannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. As a consumer, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement or repair for a major failure and compensation for any reasonably loss or damage within ordinary cause of business. Partial refund agreed by consumer may be less than the purchase price is deemed to have completed the claim.
Make the claim:
Preferably, you can contact us by an email (please see our return policy for details). When claim is received, our customer service will consider each claim on a case by case basis and if required, photo of proof may be requested by us to complete the claim. In the event where Autolines requires faulty products or wrong products to be sent back to us, we will paid for the returned postage fees.
Warranty period commences on the date the payment is fully received by Autolines. You products may contain warranty documents inside the product packaging provided. Any such warranty papers are not given by us will not void the warranty entitlement on the products.
Autolinesdoes not provide refund, replacement,exchange or resend if you have fell below conditions:
- Product was damaged by using it in a way it was not meant to be used.
- Product was stolen or damaged due to wear and tear.
- You have had a defect drawn to your attention before youpurchased the product.
- You changed your mind and wish to return used,unsalable products which is free from manufacturing defects or faults.
- Products are not purchased from Autolines
- Claimed Products are found to be in good working order.
- • Faulty products returned in exchange for a higher value of products If any returned goods are found to be in good working order, Autolinesreserves the right to seek reimbursement for any costs incurred by us in relation to such goods.
